Sacramento New Exhibitor Deadline: MARCH 31, 2008. Notification will be sent by April 20, 2008. YOU MAY STILL APPLY AFTER MARCH 31, AS WORK WILL BE JURIED CONTINUALLY AFTER THIS DATE IN MEDIA CATEGORIES THAT ARE STILL OPEN.

Santa Monica Cost: $720 per 8' (deep) x 10' (wide) booth or $895 per 10' x 10' booth in the auditorium, $795 per 10' x 10' booth outdoors.

Santa Monica Two Booth Special Your second booth space per one exhibitor is discounted by one half: $360 extra for a 8' x 10' ($1080 total for a 8' x 20' space), $445 extra for a 10' x 10' in the auditorium ($1340 total for a 10' x 20' space in the auditorium), $395 extra for a 10' x 10' space outdoors ($1190 total for a 10' x 20' space outdoors).

Corner booths are $75 additional. Booths other than standard sizes are proportionally priced.

Sacramento Cost: $560 per 8' (deep) x 10' (wide) booth or $695 per 10' x 10' booth.

Sacramento Two Booth Special: Your second booth space per one exhibitor is discounted by one half: $280 extra for a 8' x 10' ($840 total for a 8' x 20' space), $340 extra for a 10' x 10' ($1025 total for a 10' x 20' space). Corner booths are $75 additional. Booths other than standard sizes are proportionally priced. Included in your cost are 500 watts of electricity per booth, backdrop drape, and 24-hour security. There is no commission on sales.

Booth Placements: We will attempt to place you as near as possible to your choices, while als distributing works in the same categories throughout the festival. Please indicate your choices on the application.
